Customers, objectively assessing our current capabilities, entrust JSC SEP with modernization works for operating facilities that were previously built according to the designs of the Selenergoproekt Institute.
For example, in 1973, the Selenergoproekt Institute developed documentation for the construction of the standby diesel power plant building for Power Unit No. 3 of the Beloyarsk Nuclear Power Plant. In 2024, after 50 years of successful operation of this facility, a contract was concluded, following competitive procedures, between the Beloyarsk NPP branch of Rosenergoatom Concern and JSC SEP for design works on the project: “Development of working and cost estimate documentation for the modernization of the diesel generator unit of Power Unit No. 3 of the Beloyarsk NPP,” including replacement of the main equipment and bringing the designed systems into compliance with current NPP design standards.
Thus, our history is not an archive, but a working tool that helps us make the future more reliable. We design not for years, but for decades ahead.
